Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Andrew is an award-winning director and founder of Shibby Stylee. He started his career as a professional photographer shooting for brands such as Patagonia and National Geographic. For over 12 years, Andrew has been capturing the narratives of people and the natural world. He believes in stories that drive action, change beliefs, and build community. Andrew anticipates problems and eats them for breakfast. He delights in building a cohesive team of creatives who won’t hesitate to join his sufferfest.

Jenny Ersbak
Director | Prodcuer

Jenny has over a decade of experience crafting meaningful stories. The majority of her work has taken her across the globe to far-flung places helping clients elevate their brand messaging by fusing strategy and story. Jenny drives our projects from concept to completion ensuring all assets are planned, executed, and completed on-time and on-budget. She believes that transformative content comes from trusting your gut, burning the midnight oil, and cultivating meaningful connections before filming starts and long after it wraps.

Delilah Hernandez
Editor | Colorist

Delilah started her career working on traditional film sets before finding her true calling in the editing suite. She draws from her artistic background, leveraging the language of color to convey emotion through her meticulous cuts. She is responsible for handling and preserving all creative assets and has brought her talents to the full range of Shibby content, including short films, ad campaigns, and episodic docs. Always a stickler for excellence, Delilah is the queen of quality control, ensuring the best possible result for the final product. In her free time, she works more.
